Smoke Cartel - Online Headshop App Reviews

Im soo happy smoke central made a app but theres problems sorry to say it doesnt let me change my country to Canada and when it does I cant change the provenance and cant even log in

I cant use the website on my phone because it doesnt let me shop, so I got the app. I can only get so far before it crashes and takes me out of the app.

I tried ordering from the App, the first time it canceled my order and charged me an extra 6 cents. The second time I tried to reinstate my order, it charged me 6 cents twice for on reason… On the website, it says that shipping to canada is free when the order is over $300. So when you make a purchase on the web, it automatically charges you for shipping fees. On the app however, there is an option of free international shipping. I found this extremely confusing and annoying.

I was a customer about over a year ago... And I loved everything about your company! The products, the customer service, the shipping, and even the prices. I still have the dab rig I purchased! Im looking for another one and Came across your app and downloaded it.. It SUCKS! Tons of errors and glitches. Ill use your site from the web but you should fix your app cause I love the idea and will use it often (If you fix it). P.s. It is not my phone that is the issue.. It IS your app for iPhone. Thank you for your time !

This has been a wonderful online shop that I have used numerous times.

Ive been an hour trying to connect my account to the app and it just doesnt let me because it says that my email is invalid but when i get online it lets me like no problem i wanted to use the app but apparently i can only log in online.. Fix this please

This just another one of those terrible apps thats just a bad port of their terrible website. My fist clue that this was a bad app was that it bricked my phone for 20 min

After re-downloading multiple times, it still wont let me in the app, saying it requires internet connection, I have tried with wifi, and 4g data and still get the same message.

Downloaded the app a couple times and every time I opened it, I got no visual feedback on my searches. Please fix this I would love to use the app enjoy the site quite a bit.

This was the only place Iwould buy my pieces but ever since I update it the app went to hell.

Decent for the most part but tends to crash more frequently than most apps. It seems like the more you favorite items the more it tends to crash. But overall it has tons of great products and an easy to use navigation set up, if it werent for the crashing itd be the perfect mobile smoke shop app.

First off I love this app!! Very easy way for smokers like myself to browse through the selections of pipes, bowl, etc. I do have a few suggestions. First they need to add an option in the filter section where you can hide the inventory that is not in stock. Second they need to fix the bug that causes the app to force close EVERY SINGLE TIME I click to submit my order. Fix those problems and this rating becomes 5 stars

Great to scroll though endless glass pics on my phone.

Great online headshop. Even better with this app. Finding the things you need havent been easier! Never had a problem with service or anything like that. I love smoke cartel and will continue to come back. Cheers!
